Philippe AMIDIEU

Philippe has spent his entire career in M&A and business valuation. He began his career in 2007 in London in M&A buyside, then in Paris for 6 years in the Valuation & Advisory division at Societex CF and finally in Marseille, at MBA Capital as Director and then Managing Partner for 10 years.

Philippe is a graduate of Aix-Marseille University in International Business and Finance and of Kedge BS in Financial Engineering. Philippe is also certified by the NYU-Stern School of Business in Advanced Valuation and by the CCEF in the Valuation of Economic Losses.
